Setting off for Dublin Airport in the wee hours of the morning we bid both the Tobin and Lacour Clan goodbye, a few emotionally hugs and kisses and we began our journey in the typical fashion of Dublin Airport (with a long queue to the baggage drop.......)

The emotion of the goodbyes was only comparable with the emotion of landing in Toronto and realizing the hotel we booked was for the 6th of July........no one is pointing fingers (besides from Sarah) but happy to take some of the bad luck out early from the trip!

A whistle stop tour of Toronto in a new section of the city was refreshing and expectations were exceeded after the last baseline trip to Toronto (although the start of the pandemic last time we were here may have added to that!).

Off in the morning to the next city Los Angeles where we will be reunited with our rucksacks!
